The War Sovereign Tower.
It stood in the central region of Glory City, at the very heart of the super city. The kilometer-high War Sovereign Tower was covered in gold and gave off special fluctuations, and no one could fly within a radius of ten miles.
Even a Rank 5 who came here couldn't fly, and could only enter honestly through the tower's gate.
Outside the War Sovereign Tower was a huge screen with three lists on it:
"Rank 5 List!"
"Rank 6 List!"
"Rank 7 List!"
Many people watched these lists all the time; it was one of their pleasures. If a newcomer broke onto a list, they would talk about it, and if someone disappeared from the three lists, that would set them talking too.
In the crowd, Ryan was also looking at the lists.
"Rank 5 List, First Place: Fenris Slade (Tomahawk Mercenary Pavilion), Peak Stage combat power!"
"Rank 5 List, Second Place: Tiberius Valen (Valen Sect), Peak Stage combat power!"
...
