1. Repetitive Action- The technique allows the user to reach a state similar to that of Total Concentration Breathing by opening all five senses, which makes it similar to the technique of the Breathing Styles. By repeating a set of pre-determined movements (such as constantly praying and remembering a moment of intense anger and pain), the user can constantly raise their concentration and thus draw out all the physical powers of the body for a long period of time. The strengthening causes increased body temperature and an accelerated heart rate.
A Demon Slayer utilizing both Breathing Styles and Repetitive Action can gain immense strength that even rivals Upper Ranks of the Twelve Kizuki to some extent. It is later revealed that using both techniques can help to unlock the Demon Slayer Mark and to maintain it for a prolonged time.
Mastery level- Extremely High: At current mastery, Aoyama can easily control even involuntary actions, including digestion, circulation, heartbeat etc.

3. Transparent World- Users are able to perceive the flow of blood, breathing, muscular contractions and joint movements of the creature they are looking at. Potentially, one can use the Transparent World's power to see inside an enemy's body as a way to predict and evade their opponent's attacks, as well as to find openings for their own strikes.
Additionally, the user's perception of rapid and brief events is heightened to the point where normally incomprehensibly fast objects can be perceived naturally, thus dramatically increasing their movement speed and reflexes.
Mastery level - Moderate. Incomplete without Selfless State.
4. Bright Red Nichrin- The most notable effect of a bright red Nichirin sword is its ability to hamper or even completely nullify a demon's regeneration. The bright red Nichirin sword also generates extreme heat, which can cause immense pain to demons.
Bright red Nichirin swords also seem to be able to nullify the regeneration of demons that have just been decapitated, thus permanently killing them even if they managed to regrow their heads after being decapitated by a Nichirin sword.
Mastery- Extremely High: Only Yoriichi Tsukiguni possesses a Red Blade stronger than Aoyama's
4(a) Bright Red Body- A variation of Bright Red Nichrin thanks to Martial Union Sun Breathing. Allows the user to force the properties of a Red Blade onto his body, effectively making him a walking Red Blade that does not require Nichrin Weapons to kill demons.
5. Martial Arts: This is not canon. A specific set of movements that significantly enhances the effects of all Breathing Techniques. Each Breathing Technique has a different effect, but Sun Breathing has the effects of all 5 basic breaths, but to a lesser extent
Water: Increased comprehension and brain thinking speed
Flame: Overall physical enhancement
Thunder: Manipulation of lightning. Increased leg strength, nerve reaction speed, and travel speed.
Wind: Increased overall speed.
Stone: Increased overall durability, including even internal organs.

6. Total Concentration Constant: Breathing techniques are activated 24/7, even while sleeping, enhancing the user nonstop.
7. Selfless State- Partially achieved. Also known as Realm of the Highest and Domain of Supremacy. The Selfless State is an esoteric and mysterious state of being in which one completely erases their Fighting Spirit, will to fight, bloodlust, anger, hatred, malevolence, drive, and animosity. Once in this state, the user's behavior becomes incredibly tranquil and focused, often being compared to that of a plant.
Although it does not enhance one's own combat prowess, it is implied to be regarded as the highest state of physical combat one can achieve. It is extremely effective against high-level combatants who rely on various forms of Extrasensory Perception to detect malice, aura or Fighting Spirit. The incapacity to perceive the battle spirit of an individual in the Selfless State induces sensory confusion.
Mastery - Low
8. Flight??? - Basically causing muscle cramps while combining with certain Breathing Techniques like Water Wheel or Clear Blue Sky or Thunderclap and Flash.
Mastery - Extremely High.
Really painful, especially that one time Aoyama muscle cramped his peenar.
9. Overcharge- Increases perception.
