A lovely couple sits across a small table, with their shins resting on the wooden floor. They have just finished eating, and with nothing to talk about, all they can do is stare at each other, in this room lit by a lamp.
After some minutes, Lila gets peeved, unable to stand the fixated stare coming at her.
"Why is your glare turning creepy by the day? Is something wrong with my face?"
"Uh...ah...oh..."
Shinji mumbled on his words, thinking of whether lying or telling the truth. After a few seconds, he remembers the quote, 'the truth will set you free.'
"Derniere-san said that girls need attention... so, I'm putting all my mental focus on you."
The light-blue-haired girl wants to laugh, yet she feels pity for her man. How can he misinterpret such an ostensible matter?!
Sighing, she massages the crown of her head.
"Drop it... you give me enough attention as it is. You just don't know."
"Oh, okay."
