Large bags of treasure and loot were moved to the deck of Lance's new ship. He was squatting, looking through all of the bags and treasure. Rubbing his hands together. His eyes had grown dollar signs in them as he looked over the large pile of treasure. A prompt appeared in front of his vision.
You have found 568 golden coins, 36 gold bars [Appraise skill insufficient], 123 pieces of jewelry of various materials [Appraise skill insufficient], and 12 goblets of various materials [Appraise skill insufficient], You have found 1.2 million berri.
Standing behind Lance. Mary was watching in disappointment. "Lance. You come from a life of luxury. Why are you drooling over three bags of treasure?"
"Because!" He said with a smile on his face. Digging through the bags to get a look at everything up close. "Back home I didn't actually own anything. It was all Dad's stuff. But now…" Lance scooped up a pile of gold coins in his hands and let them pour back into the bag. Watching them flow like a waterfall.
Mary put her hands on her hips as she watched Lance play like a child in the bag of gold. "Jeez. What am I going to do with you?" She turned her head to where they had thrown a board to the deck of the cruise ship. Alvida and the four remaining from her crew were carrying the sloop the two had sailed on onto the deck of this ship.
Lance turned to stand next to Mary and put an arm around her waist. Flattening the skirt on her maid outfit. "I think you're just jealous none of the people on that ship had an outfit your size."
With a small pout, Mary crossed her arms while being embraced. The two watched Alvida and her men move the sloop to the front of the deck. "Are you sure you can trust them? Didn't you say that she wanted to force you to be her husband?" Mary's hand rubbed over his hand on her waist.
Lance found it difficult to disagree with her argument. He wasn't really sure why she had changed her mind when she did. He didn't have the health or stamina to let the situation get physical again. "Yea…you have a point of how to deal with that,a of how to deal with that, though." Lance brought his hand from her waist to her shoulder and gave her a pat. "Alvida! Come over here!"
Turning to look over at Lance. She grew a girlish smirk on her face before she began to skip over to him. "Yes, Hubby~"
He watched as the large grotesque woman skipped towards him, her eyes filled with obvious love. It sent a shiver down his spine. She landed in front of the two. Her weight made Lance and Mary jump a bit from her landing. "Eh heh…" Lance sweated a bit as she landed."Good. I have a few questions for you." He cleared his throat and widened his stance. "How can I know you'll be loyal to me? You were my enemy just an hour ago."
Alvida looked shocked as she clasped her hands together and trembled slightly as she knelt down to lower herself beneath him. down to lower herself beneath him. Falling to her knees before him. "Don't say such terrible things, Dear! I could never betray my one true love! What can I do to secure my place on your crew?"
Lance was a bit shocked at how…devout the woman seemed? They were swinging weapons at each other not that long ago. But she was now on her knees, trying to placate herself according to his will. He knew that he should be more cautious… but it did feel really good~
"Mmh. Alright. You want to prove your loyalty to me? Go over there and disband your crew. I have no need for unattractive men in my crew. Take out that trash over there."
Alvida struggled slightly to stand back up. "Of course, Captain!" She lifted her club off her back. She walked with purpose over to the four who used to call her captain. She wouldn't let this man escape from her fingers. As she walked, she opened the Crew menu on her interface. She saw that her crew's numbers had dropped from twenty to five. Fifteen men had been lost in the failed raid.
[Crew: Alvida Pirates

[Crewmates: 5
Dario
Guy Mullen
Koby
Paul
Terry]
Did that little puke actually manage to survive the fight? He probably hid away after they really started to go at it. Well, it didn't matter anymore. Alvida wanted the crew to be disbanded. And as such, a notification was sent out to the remaining six members of the crew.
The crew you are a member of has disbanded. All benefits from being a member of this crew have been removed. You are now crewless.
The four men looked over to their former captain. "Lady Alvida, are we really joining this guy's crew? He killed everyone!" Dario asked once she was close.
Avida hefted her club into the air after she heard the question. "You guys? Not so much." With a quick swing of her club, she swatted the heads of her four subordinates. Swatting their heads like flies. She let the four of them fall to the deck, their faces ruined. Each head looked like a squished raspberry tart.
Four notifications appeared in Alvda's vision.
You deal 68 (Base: 32. Critical Hit Multiplier: 2) To Dario, Guy Mullen, Paul, and Terry.
You have slain four enemies. You gain 168 exp (50+44+32+42)
With her mission complete, Alvida let out a hardy laugh. She turned towards Lance and Mary, blood dripping from her club. "It's done, captain! I've taken care of the riffraff."
Lance was impressed with her performance. He was so impressed that he began clapping as Alvida approached. "Well done, Alvida! You have certainly earned a spot on my crew!"
"Thank you, Hubby~ Now if you could add me to your crew page."
Lance looked at her confused. "Crew page? What's that?"
Alvida's face dropped before her jaw dropped. "Eeeeh? You don't even have a crew established?"
