"…W- Why?" Maverick uttered with stunned belief.
Henry's wicked smile shut and he looked up, his eyes close in thought. After a moment, he opened his mouth, "Since you already figured out it was me who ordered Lunaville's destruction, you can't figure out why my reason for that is?"
Unlike Maverick, the others weren't so quick to think Henry would do something so drastic, so when they heard it, they froze. Every member, even the two lower ranks, looked at Henry with confusion, fear and doubt.
"You heard her." Henry pointed to Reina as if it made sense, "She had a plan."
"For that?" Maverick's body lost half his strength as he slammed his hands on the table. "You destroyed Lunaville because of the backlash that might come?! How is that a reasonable explanation!?"
Shrugging, Henry said, "It has been done."
"I didn't-" Seeing himself prone to anger, Maverick took a deep breath, "I- I am only asking why you would go so far-"
