INTERSPECIES CONSENT AND PERSONHOOD FRAMEWORK (ICPF.)
Use this framework to answer a central question:
"Does the universe treat this being as an adult and autonomous moral person?"
BLOCK 1 — PERSONHOOD STATUS =
(Mandatory — without this, nothing moves forward.)
Mark VALID only if ALL are true:
- Self-awareness (Internal continuous identity.)
- Abstract thought (Values, Plans, Ethics.)
- Complex emotions (Guilt, Empathy, Responsibility.)
- Moral accountability (Themselves, their culture and government can judge choices with a legal foundation that matches the greatest non-discriminative capacity.)
Result:
- Failed any item → Zoophilic / Paedophilic / Power Imbalance, INVALID.
- Passed all → VALID.

BLOCK 2 — COMMUNICATION AND REVERSIBILITY =
(Consent needs to be clear and revocable.)
- Clear symbolic communication, either physical or magical (telepathy.)
- Unequivocal ability to say "YES."
- Unequivocal ability to say "NO."
- Unequivocal ability to say "STOP."
Result:
- If a species is incapable of stopping once put through a 'mating reaction' (I.E. female ferrets, if in heat and are incapable of meeting their need to mate, will lead to a risk of injury or death through cardiac arrest.) → INVALID.
- Can stop and is capable of communicating this want → VALID.
Occasional, yet sparse speech without self-awareness (parroting / echolalia.) → INVALID.
BLOCK 3 — REAL AUTONOMY =
(Without this, it is suspect.)
- Cannot be captured, invoked, or commanded.
- Does not depend on the other to exist / survive.
- Responsible for themselves (Actions, risks, consequences.)
- Does not lose their 'soul' / personal identity without the other.
- Not in a mental phase equivalent to childhood / adolescence or 'lesser.'
Result:
- Material or psychological dependence → INVALID.
- Full autonomy → VALID.
Absolute rule: Personhood and adulthood is a non-negotiable limit.
BLOCK 4 — MINIMUM SYMMETRY OF POWER =
(Total equality is not required, as long as they are under ethical and lawful jurisdiction.)
- Neither party is the absolute Divinity of the other as a total power imbalance.
- Neither controls the other's vital and social environment as coercion.
- Neither can harm the other without material and emotional consequence.
- Refusal does not generate real fear of retaliation, either from a real action or from a more metaphysical force such as cursing or abstraction.
Result:
- Extreme asymmetry → INVALID.
- Minimum expected symmetry → VALID.
Note: Physical power ≠ Structural power, I.E. Superman (Clark Kent) and Lois Lane.
BLOCK 5 — CULTURAL AND LEGAL CONTEXT =
(Relationships are recognised as consensual there.)
- There is an ordered society capable of self-sufficiency and stable laws.
- There are internal ethical norms that have an egalitarian / moral focus.
- Adults are differentiated by minors / fauna / flora / synthetics / other (Lifespan.)
- There must be clear, acceptable punishments if unheeded beside the basis of honesty where their identity and intentions can be verified.
- If a culture is xenophilic with multiple sapient creatures, it must have safeguards in place to reduce the spread of future harm, I.E. potentially communicable diseases and full support networks that could allow for the creation of healthy relationships as friends or families, and are capable of housing arrangements with accessibility features for respective biologies.
Result:
- "Special exception" without social basis → DEPENDANT.
- Cultural recognition → VALID.
Key rule: If such characters are infantilised or are canonical children, INVALID.
SCORING SYSTEM =
Each BLOCK is worth 1 point except for BLOCK 1 which is, as stated, mandatory:
6/6 → ETHICALLY RESOLVED (A-tier.)
5/6 → VALID WITH CONTEXT (B-tier.)
3–4/6 → GRAY ZONE (C-tier.)
0–2/6 → PUNISHABLE (D / F-tier.)
Excerpt: "If this relationship were between two humans with these same conditions of power, age, and autonomy, would it be acceptable?"
- NO → INVALID
- YES → VALID.
