I thought by the time I would have gotten home Henry would have been gone and I could kill Edward in privacy. However I got the complete opposite of that. In fact I was so far from what could possibly be predicted that I nearly turned around at the door if it wasn't for Edward quickly running after me and pulling me back inside.
Ted was there with a beautiful roasted chicken on the dining table whilst Henry helped make vegetables at the stove. It seemed they had planned a little dinner whilst I was away.
"The fuck?" I whispered to myself more than anyone else as Edward pushed me further and further into the dining area which was practically five steps away from the front door to begin with.
"Mate!" Ted beamed as soon as I came into full view. He practically skipped to me before wrapping his arms around me then spinning me around then planted a firm kiss on my cheek with a loud 'mwah' sound. "Where did you disappear to?"
