"Well I can't wait ten years," I pouted, "I'll be forty one by then and I don't want to be sixty with a ten year old."
"Dad is sixty with a fourteen year old," he shrugged, "he's coping just fine."
"Edward, I don't think it's very fair for me."
"What is it?" He sighed and ran his hands down his face, "we agreed we wouldn't be that couple. The wanting babies and being typical sort of couple. It's never been us and I have enough family members to begin with. Sometimes I forget how many cousins I have. Our family is a number one contributor to overcrowding.
"Let's not add to that."
My face became incredibly hot for whatever reason as I sniffed. My throat did that annoying burning sensation it did whenever I wanted to cry which I absolutely hated these days.
