Third Person POV
After what had happened between Sheldon and Georgie, dinner became even more awkward.
Mary kept stealing glances at Georgie, George kept stealing glances at Mary, Veronica stole glances at Georgie and Sheldon, Missy did the same, and Connie, who had no idea what was going on, slammed her fork and knife down on the table.
"Okay! What the hell is going on?!" Connie exclaimed, glaring at everyone at the table. She pointed at George, "Is this about you?!".
George's jaw dropped, "Me?! Why not Mary?!" he said, pointing at Mary, who was glaring back at him. "...Why not Missy?!" he added quickly.
Missy stared at George, her mouth wide open. "Why me?!" she cried, looking around the table as if feeling betrayed.
"Georgie..." Mary said, her voice soft as she looked at him — no more stolen glances this time, only a deep, serious stare.
"Alright... I want the whole story," Connie said, sipping her beer. "Now, shoot!"
Missy turned to Mary with an excited face. "Can I tell her?!"
Mary shook her head, "Uh-uh, no—" but before she could finish, Missy spun around.
"Sheldon cried because his 'big brother' yelled at him!" Missy announced gleefully, throwing a smug look at Sheldon. "hah! Crybaby!" she added with a smirk.
"I am not a baby!" Sheldon snapped, glaring at her.
Georgie leaned over to Sheldon, "Alright, buddy. You're not a baby," he said gently, then looked at Missy, "Stop picking on your brother," he warned.
Sheldon nodded in agreement.
Unnoticed by Sheldon, Georgie gave Missy a secret thumbs-up, making her giggle quietly but stopping her teasing.
"You made my Moonpie cry?!" Connie gasped, pointing accusingly at Georgie. "You're out of my Will!"
Georgie raised his hand and waved it dismissively, "You know what, I'm really tired of all this drama…." he muttered and sighing deeply. All of them looking at Georgie and they looking at Veronica to see why he sighing deeply despite the problem before.
"What is this really about?" Connie pressed, turning to Veronica, who was sitting next to Georgie.
Veronica sighed heavily and finally spoke. "Georgie just... met my mother…" she said, almost reluctantly.
Mary and George stared at Georgie in shock. Missy's eyes widened too.
"You want to marry her?!" Missy shrieked.
"WHAT?! NO!" Mary shouted, turning to Missy. "Like I said before, he's going to college, getting a degree, and then thinking about marriage!" Mary added firmly, throwing a desperate look at George for support.
"Technically," Sheldon piped up, "if Georgie met her mother, that means he's seeking family approval... and then planning to get married."
Mary glared at him and pointed her knife at him. "Eat your dinner, young man."
Veronica giggled at the chaos. "No, no, I'm just kidding. He met my mom while I was grabbing my books at my house before…" she explained quickly, avoiding everyone's eyes.
Mary shot Georgie a questioning look, but Georgie simply shook his head, signaling not to make a big deal out of it.
Everyone knew Veronica's family... well, they were different from the Coopers.
"Can I stay over again tonight?" Veronica asked with a small smile, though her eyes looked sad. "My mom's boyfriend is crashing at our house tonight... and I don't want to hear them…" she added quietly.
Mary cut her off before she could say more. "Stop. Of course you can stay here for a few days." Mary said kindly, smiling at her.
"Technically, you're already 'living' with us," Sheldon said. "You even use Georgie's towels—"
Georgie quickly covered Sheldon's mouth, flashing his parents a wide, innocent smile. "He just can't help himself, huh?" he joked.
Before Mary could say anything, Veronica jumped in, embarrassed. "I... brought my own stuff, okay?! I'm not using Georgie's anymore…" she said shyly.
Mary sighed. "Alright, you can sleep over." she said, shaking her head with a small smile.
Connie smiled too, but hers wasn't exactly a warm smile.
"Boy, you're really holding yourself back, huh?" George said to Connie after noticing her amused expression.
Connie just shrugged. "What can I say? They're already—"
"Mom!" Mary snapped, cutting her off.
"Already what?" Missy asked eagerly, wanting to know what Connie was about to say.
"In a relationship. So Veronica can sleep over!" Mary said quickly, shooting another glare at Connie, who just chuckled and sipped her beer, ignoring Mary's irritation.
"So if I bring home a future boyfriend, he can sleep over too?!" Missy asked, seizing the opportunity.
"Over my dead body!"
"Before I kill him first!"
George and Georgie said in unison, glaring at Missy.
"Geez... you boys need to chill…" Missy said, rolling her eyes dramatically.
Georgie and George stared at each other in disbelief after hearing her.
"Thank you, Mary," Veronica said sincerely. She still couldn't bring herself to call Mary Mom in front of everyone... or even in private, yet.
"You're welcome, dear." Mary said warmly, turning back to her dinner.
Georgie leaned in closer to Veronica. "Told you it would work," he whispered very quietly.
But—
"What worked?" Sheldon said, overhearing him.
Veronica quickly pinched Georgie's thigh under the table.
"Ouch! Ouch!" Georgie yelped.
George and Mary shook their heads, ignoring the commotion, while Connie whispered mischievously, "Georgie's gonna get some..."
"MOM!" Mary cried out, exasperated.
Connie threw up her hands in surrender, laughing.
"Brother," Sheldon said, getting Georgie's attention — and everyone else's.
Georgie stopped scooping food and looked at him. "Yeah, Shelly?"
Sheldon took a deep breath. "I'm sorry for being rude and hurting your feelings," he said seriously. "Even though I have an IQ of 187, I still have many flaws. I don't want you to be mad at me."
Mary and George looked at him with both sadness and pride. As always, Sheldon said exactly what he thought — whether it hurt other people or not.
"Of course, Shelly," Georgie said, pulling him into a hug. "And I'm sorry for yelling at you too. I'm just trying to teach you... sometimes, you have to be careful not to hurt the ones you love, even a little."
"Alright then," Sheldon said, pulling away. "Can I have my Professor Proton schedule back now?"
Georgie laughed loudly before glancing at Missy, who smirked at him.
"Sorry, buddy, but..." Georgie teased, challenging Missy with his gaze.
"Our bet is still on, Shelly. IF Missy gets a B, then you can't have your Professor Proton schedule."
"That's not what we agreed on!" Missy shouted at him.
Georgie just shrugged. "Hey, I said 'I'll talk to Shelly,' right? Well, I did. End of story."
"Alright, now can someone tell me what's going on about it?!" Connie demanded, looking at Veronica and Mary after hearing all the arguing. She really didn't know anything they're talking about right now, and she really miss the enjoyment of it!.
George and Sheldon leaned in too — Sheldon because he was technically the victim here, and George because... well, he just wanted to know.
"Alright," Sheldon nodded, narrowing his eyes at Missy. "Let the bet begin," he said ominously.
Missy narrowed her eyes right back at him. "I will crush you!" she threatened, her voice full of challenge.
While Connie waiting for her answer and no one wanted to share to her right now!.

Third-Person POV
That's what usually happened at the Cooper family dinner — chaos was simply part of the routine.
After dinner, Georgie, Veronica, and Missy continued their study session in the living room, while Sheldon played fair and chose not to disturb them.
Georgie explained the lessons Missy was struggling with in a simple, engaging way, making it easier for her to understand and sparking her curiosity about the subject. Unlike typical teachers who explained things in a boring and rigid manner, Georgie made learning feel natural and interesting.
Slowly but surely, Missy began to grasp the material, answering Georgie's questions more easily than before.
Veronica, who studied alongside them, also found herself understanding the material much faster than she had expected. She asked Georgie questions whenever she was confused, and he patiently explained everything in a way that was easy to follow.
Meanwhile, Sheldon, who was observing them from a distance, started to panic.
He looked at Mary sitting beside him, then glanced at Connie with a worried expression.
"I'm not getting my Professor Proton show, am I?" Sheldon said anxiously.
Mary gave him a sad smile and pulled him into a hug.
"Oh, baby..." she murmured, glancing over at George, who remained focused on the TV, seemingly ignoring the conversation.
"Hufftt..." Sheldon sighed dramatically, pulling away from Mary.
"You still got a new train from Georgie, right?" Connie said, sipping her beer.
Sheldon's eyes widened as if a lightbulb went off in his head.
"OF COURSE!" Georgie suddenly shouted from the living room after overhearing them.
"BUT UNDER FIFTY BUCKS! I STILL HAVEN'T BEEN PAID FOR MY GIGS YET!"
"YES!" Sheldon cheered, flashing a huge grin at Mary.
{Even if it meant no Professor Proton for a full week, at least I still got my new train. A gift from my brother.} — Adult Sheldon.
"I STILL GET TO WATCH MY SHOW!" Missy shouted from the living room, causing Sheldon to groan in frustration.
"ONLY IF YOU GET A B ON YOUR TEST!" Sheldon shouted back.
George, trying to focus on his show, gave them an annoyed glance.
"WHAT TRAIN ARE YOU GONNA BUY, SHELLY?!" Georgie yelled again.
Before Sheldon could answer, George shouted over them, "GEORGIE, STOP YELLING IN THE HOUSE!" then let out a snort.
"WHAT?!" Georgie shouted back. "I CAN'T HEAR YOU!"
Of course, Georgie and the others could hear George perfectly well.
Mary giggled, looking over at George, who pouted in annoyance.
"Georgie, stop yelling! And you too, young man!" Mary scolded both Georgie and Sheldon.
"This house is pure chaos every night," Connie said, shaking her head. "I'm done. I need some peace and quiet."
She stood up to leave.
George smirked at her.
"What? Your old bones need a rest?" he teased.
A collective gasp echoed from both Mary and the kids in the living room.
"THAT'S TOO MUCH, DAD! SHAME ON YOU!" Georgie shouted, followed by Missy's laughter.
George sitting there speechless.
Connie glared at him, pointing a finger.
"I'm too tired to deal with you tonight. You're lucky I'm letting this one slide!" she said, narrowing her eyes.
George lifted his hands in surrender and chuckled, causing Connie to snort in response.
Mary and Sheldon smiled warmly at the scene — they knew George and Connie had been bickering like this forever, and at the end of the day, it was always in good fun.
"Sheldon! Come here for a minute!" Georgie called from the living room.
Sheldon looked at Mary and George, hoping for an answer, but they shrugged, equally clueless.
With a reluctant sigh, Sheldon got up and walked toward the living room.

Third-Person POV
"Alright then, before we start the test," Miss Ingram said, glancing at Georgie, "I don't want any of you cheating. I've got eyes everywhere!" she warned, giving Sheldon a knowing nod.
Before the test, Miss Ingram had called Georgie aside to apologize.
Georgie had also apologized to her for his earlier attitude and explained what had happened.
Just as Miss Ingram was about to hand out the test papers, Sheldon raised his hand.
"Miss Ingram," he said, drawing the entire class's attention.
"Yes, Sheldon?" Miss Ingram asked, eyeing him curiously.
"I don't want to be your watchdog for Georgie." Sheldon said bluntly, throwing a glance at Georgie.
Miss Ingram nodded in understanding.
"Alright then. Thank you, Sheldon."
"You're welcome," Sheldon replied, but he wasn't finished.
"But if anyone else tries to cheat, I'll report them to you," he added, looking sternly at the other students.
Georgie couldn't help but laugh at that.
The night before, he had explained to Sheldon that it was fine if he wanted to keep an eye on him during the test — but Sheldon had ended up trusting Georgie enough not to monitor him like a hawk.
Deep down, Sheldon knew that Georgie was smart — maybe not a genius, but definitely not someone who needed to cheat.
So he decided to let Georgie take the test without hovering over him.
The other students grumbled in annoyance at Sheldon's declaration, but since he was Georgie's little brother, they figured they'd just have to avoid getting caught rather than argue with him.
"Don't worry, Sheldon. I'm watching them too," Miss Ingram said, glaring playfully at the class.
"Now, take one and pass it back." she instructed as she handed out the test papers.
"As you all know," Miss Ingram continued, "this test counts for 25% of your final grade. Make sure you do your best, because I don't want to see y'all in this class again next year!"
She chuckled at her own joke.
"I'll say it again: if anyone cheats, I'll know!" she warned, walking back to her desk.
Before she could sit down, Sheldon raised his hand again.
"What is it now, Sheldon?" Miss Ingram sighed.
"I'm done," Sheldon said confidently.
"What?" Miss Ingram said, stunned, glancing at Georgie, who just shrugged in response.
"I enjoyed it very much. Can I take another one?" Sheldon asked.
Miss Ingram sighed.
"I don't have another one. Just read your book…" she said, brushing him off.
"OH BOY!" Sheldon exclaimed happily, pulling out the book he had been reading the night before.
He happily lost himself in its pages, ignoring the rest of the students in this class for the next ring bell.
{That's how I became popular in class — just by being myself.} — Adult Sheldon.
