After returning to his room, he began to get ready for departure. He packed his things.
He thought it was going to be a long mission. He had participated in a beast invasion battle before.
It was going to be another battle. Yet, there was a heavy feeling. He didn't know how to pinpoint it.
At the same time, Stella felt his emotions as well.
[Don't worry. I will take care of the Tier-8 beasts. We will save the city,] she said to him.
Jeremy Night smiled after hearing that. He relaxed. He knew Stella's true strength; with her presence, he could fight through any situation.
Then, he resumed his work. Stella was relieved. She had thought Jeremy was still sad about the recruitment. She decided to do well in the upcoming battle. That way, the name of Jeremy Night would become famous.
Time passed.
Nighttime had come. He left the room and headed towards the administration building. On the way, he sent a message to Elder John, Elder Smith, and Elder Leah.
