I woke up early the next morning. I got out of bed and felt refreshed. There was no more pain and tiredness.
Then I turned towards the window and saw the bright sky outside. I knew about the ban as well.
No one was allowed to enter the wilderness until there was notification from the City Governors.
So I have decided to take a rest. But before that, I didn't forget about the practice. During the beast Invasion, he didn't practice properly.
Fortunately, his unknown egg lifeline beast can take the natural energy whenever it wants. He then started doing this morning routine first.
The routine lasted for 30 minutes. Then he entered the training room. He came to the middle of the platform.
He sat cross-legged on the ground. Then he started to practise the breathing method. As he started doing that, the natural energy from the surroundings entered his body.
