Hearing no reply from the newcomer, the princess grew wary. Her brows furrowed, Abrielle finally caught the reflection of the person at the door. Her body went on high alert and she spun around ready to attack
"How did you get in here?" She cautiously asked.
The person stepped forward, her face blank. "I'm sorry, Abrielle, but I have to pay my mother's debts." She said, Her hood fell, revealing her ginger hair, which burned like the sun.
Abrielle stepped back being cautious of the person before her. "What debts?" She asked.
Lyra smiled, her eyes were dead. It was like she lost herself after Seraphina's death. "Mother made a deal to be queen and conceived us. Unless the deal is complete, they will take my brother's life." She answered.
Slowly approaching Abrielle, she pulled out a dagger from her sleeve. Abrielle wasn't really scared of Lyra. She could take down the princess as long as her strength was the same as what she knew.
