I snapped out of it as I hear the door open and see midnight coming into the 1-A changing room with her usual sultry smile.
"It's almost time for the speech Henry." She reminded me as everyone looks at her as I nod, "I know, just wish us luck." I tell her as she smiles and turns around.
"Good luck." She said to everyone as the door closes and I can practically feel the envious gaze coming from kaminari, "why is it always you?" He mutters to himself as I shake my head before feeling a tap on my shoulder and I see Todoroki looking right at me.
"Something wrong Todoroki?"
"…objectively speaking, you and I are the strongest people in our class, but I won't lose, I will beat you using only my mother's quirk." He states as I remember the clip of Todoroki and his childhood, and his father's abuse.
Ding!! Todoroki is facing his demons, yet the shadow of his father still holds him back, use any means necessary to make him break out of his father's shadow.

'So I need to help Todoroki this time…anger might be the way to go.' I think to myself as Todoroki began to turn around.
"You know…you're just pathetic." I tell him as he stops mid-step and turns back around to look right at me, "oh don't give me that look, you use your father's abuse as an excuse to half ass everything? Don't make me laugh, YOUR quirk is yours and yours alone!" I shout as I see him clenching his fist, his body trembling in rage before punching me in the face, breaking my nose as he looks at me with tears in his eyes, anger in his voice.
"What do you know about me?! I was created to surpass all might!!" He yells back as I walk closer to him, "so? You are your own person, not your father's puppet, what hero do you want to be? Your father's imprinted heir or your own hero? Until you answer me that, you won't stop being pathetic to me."
It was then that Todoroki looks at my healing nose then at his fist in horror as he quickly stands up, "I-I'm sorry! I-" he began as I saw the conflicted emotions he was showing as I stop him mid apology.
"Don't apologize now! Apologize to me by facing me with your full power." I tell him with a smile, nose still bloody as toga comes over and licks the blood off me as I pat her head, "I'm not hurt Toga." I tell her as she smiles.
"I know! I just didn't want you bloody during your speech." She tells me as momo uses her quirk to make me a new shirt to replace my bloody shirt, "thanks momo." I tell her as she nods before sternly telling me off about what I did.
"Class 1-A you're up!" Was heard on the P.A. System as all of us get up except for Todoroki who was still looking at his fist and I pat him on the shoulder, " you're not alone anymore Todoroki, you have us." I tell him as he stands up and we both walk out with everyone else, and we hear the cheers from the stands.
"Wow…this is a lot bigger than I originally thought." I say to Iida as he smiles while robotically moving his arms, "that's because this is the biggest event of the year, where everyone sees what the new generation of heroes are made of!" He explains as I nod and I turn to see class 1-b as well as the general studies class, followed closely by the support class.
"Welcome to the U.A sports festival!! Im your host Present mic! And here with me are my lovely assistants, Jin and Wade Bubaigawara, followed by Aizawa!!!" Present mic shouts as we hear Aizawa muttering how he didn't want to be here while Jin and Wade pulled a page out of the hecklers book.
(Look up the hecklers from the muppets, I got their dynamic from them)
"You know it Present Mic! This is going to be something!(jin)
"Yeah, something terrible!" (Wade)
They both laughed as miss midnight walked onto the stage.
"Now then, will class 1-A's Henry stickman come up and give us a speech?" Midnight shouts as I slowly walk up the stairs and wave to the cheering crowds, and I see All might up in one of the private booths with Inko Midoriya who was cheering with everyone as I make my way over to the mic and raise a hand into the air and everyone slowly quiet down as I look at the faces of my class, the sister classes and even Shinso who was looking right at me.
"What is a hero? If we look at the ancient meaning it's someone who overcomes trials of adversity, but in today's society especially these days people have forgotten what the term hero truly means!"
"Anyone can be a hero, it could be you, it could be me, it could be someone who's quirk can be called a villain's quirk! I've seen a quirk where they use blood to copy appearances, yet does that make them a future villain? No!"
"We are the generation that will break the mold of what a hero truly is, and bring about a brighter future! So face the future with your head held high as we scream to the heavens!! Say it with me now!
"PLUS ULTRA!!!"(everyone)
"Thank you!" I say to everyone as I bow and walk down the stairs as I get surrounded by my classmates, "that was a wonderful speech Henry!" I hear Ellie say as Charles tells me I did an awesome job, but as I run the back of my head from their praise I feel a tap on my shoulder and I see Shinso looking at me.
"Was what you said true?" He asked as I smile at him ,"I meant every word, I wish you the best of luck." And with that we turn to ms. Midnight as she points to a Tv monitor and wee see what the first event will be.

Well this was a tough chapter! I was tryi g to tackle the subject of do domestic abuse and I think I did it well, but I could be wrong.
But besides that I feel like I should have Henry do something to endeavor just to fuck with him, but I don't know what.
