Yes in a world of quirks, the side effects of said quirks will vary, but those with animal based quirks have some of the worst kinds of side effects.
Their heat cycle, and it's especially bad for women with animal based quirks, such as the rabbit and dragon heroine's, Mirko and Ryukyu.
(I mean every animal has a heat cycle, so I figure that should be the side effects of animal based quirk users-thelostswordsman)
"Sorry! It's been getting worse and worse for me, and lately it's been getting so bad it takes all of my willpower not to pounce on anyone." Ryuko explains as she gets up and grabs herself a glass of water and drinks it down like she hasn't seen water in weeks.

In the living room the sound of a phone was heard, and with a sigh Mirko heads over and sees her phone had someone calling, and she sees the name of the caller id.

Without much thought she picks up the phone and presses answer.
"Hey Midnight!! You havent come over in quite a while, we were starting to think you got arrested." Mirko jokes as Ryuko walks over and listens in as midnight laughs at the joke.
"It's good to hear you too Mirko." Midnight says as she looks out the window of her room as she takes a seat on her bed, in her favorite lace underwear, "so whats new?" Ryuko asks as she grabbed the phone out of mirko's hand and puts it on speaker, as she really wanted to hear how their third member of the single heroine's club was doing.
"Im actually doing great, I recently became the guardian to a pair of students after the USJ incident." She explains as she takes a sip of water, "those two lovebirds have been really welcoming to me."
Mirko was shocked by this update to Nemuri's life, "well that's…awesome, but how are they?"
"Oh! Toga is just the sweetest girl you could ever have in your life, and Henry… he is the ultimate prize for any woman! Handsome, strong, really caring for others to a point he acts like your unofficial husband! He is THE dream guy."(Nemuri)
'So this Henry is strong? I wonder…', "hey Midnight." Ryuko began as she looks at Mirko who was listening in with bated breath, "just how strong is Henry?" Ryuko asks as they both hear Nemuri hum, practically seeing her hold her index finger to her chin as she thought about it.
"Well he was able to hold his own against a monster who was made to kill all might, so I'd say he could be a future high ranking hero in the future." She sums up as both Ryuko and Rumi look at each other with Excited faces, they finally got a possible Candidate!
"Well then…we'll come to the sports festival and see this Henry person for ourselves." Rumi states as she takes the phone away from Ryuko, "we'll see you there!" She says before hanging up the call.
"Rumi, we should offer an internship to this Henry when the sports festival ends." Ryuko says, a plan forming in her mind, "so we both send our offers and hope he chooses one of us."
"Oh I know, and if he doesn't choose us." Rumi says as her eyes go glowing red, like a predator about to pounce on its prey, "I'll drag his ass here and have Nezu change his choice to me!"
