Back in Ergos Xenia, the quartet are up against 4 monsters of this floor. It's 4 against 4, the same lizard monster they encountered are the only monsters on this floor. The monsters are also pumped with EP crystals.
Aella is running as a monster is running beside her, Aella slides to a stop and readies her rapier. "SONIC THRUST!" she thrusts her rapier out releasing a shockwave at the monster. "WHOOOM BOOM" the monster is blown back a few meters.
Aella jumps and twists in the air, the monster opens its mouth with lightening firing from it. Aella dodges the lightening and thrusts down as the monster dodges *CLAANK*, the monster swings its tail at her. Aella takes a combat stance, she thrusts her rapier at the coming tail, "COUNTER!". *BOOOM* The monster is pushed back making it lose its balance.
Aella lowers her center of gravity, she leaps towards the monster, "RAPIER FLURY!" her rapier increases in number striking the monster multiple times. *CLANK CLANK CLANK*
Aella appears behind the monster as it's filled with holes, she swings her rapier down to get the blood off. The monster falls down then Aella turns walking towards it, the monster changes into energy orbs rotating at one place on the floor. Aella walks to the orb as it flies into her body, she smirks, "Nice warm up." A screen appears before Aella.

Chuck has a broad grin on his face, "Come on! Show me what you got! MARTIAL ARTS > KUD" he throws a punch at the monster as the monster dodges and punches back, though it's a weak punch.
*BANG BANG BANG* Chuck keeps landing a punch on the monster's face as it keeps using the same weak left punch. Chuck grabs its left hand and bombards its face with multiple punches, the poor monster is not even defending at this point. *BANG BANG BANG BANG* "And the last one!" *BOOOOM* the monster summersaults in the air then falls on the ground. Chuck grins with his hair fluttering, a screen appears before him.

"Sweet, these monsters give a lot energy crystal. Some of my skills are gone from the main page, System says they've been moved to Hidden Effects since I can use them with little to no EP cost. At this rate I might be able to beat that Balphar monster." He makes a fist, he's pumped up.
Far ahead of him, clashes are seen over the place with multiple slashes. Aku is a blur as she's fighting 2 of the monsters. Aku runs towards a monster, " SWORD TECHNIQUES > MOONLIGHT DANCE." She moves gracefully on the ground making multiple slashes around her, *SLASH SLASH SLASH SLASH*. She attacks the monster before and behind her, her technique ends as the monsters attack her with their tails.
*CLANK CLANK CLANK* she blocks and evades, she jumps behind her slowly above the monster. She looks at the monster below her, "Activate Weapon's skill." her twin swords burst into flames, "POSITION SHIFT." She teleports with the monster below her, she appears standing on its head as the monster moves its hand to try and attack her.
"SWORD TECHNIQUES > ERUPTION." Aku twists herself upside down above the monster evading its attack. She slowly swings her sword at the monster with the technique active, her sword touches the monsters face. The part the sword lands slowly bursts into flames, a large fireball forms on the monster's face carrying the monster away. The ground is unearthed in a line making a trail of lava behind.
*BOOOOM* An explosion occurs as only the crystal orb is left behind.
*DING DING DING* [New skill acquired. Skill converted into Hidden Effect.]
Aku lands as the news is played in her head, "I wonder what it is." The last monster charges at her, Aku enters a technique stance. "SWORD TECHNIQUES > DANCING TWIN MOONS." She leaps towards the monster *SLASH SLASH* She lands behind the monster.
The monster's arms fall off as it's engulfed in flames, then it crumbles into dust leaving the energy orb. "This is new." A screen appears before Aku.

I bet if I mix- " She feels a tingle on her right arm down to her feet. "INFORMATION MAGIC > DETECTION." She gets a feeling of 4 similar monsters approaching her location.
"I should leave before the patrol arrives." She turns and flees from the scene.
At the end of this floor, Flint is standing face to face with a monster. He readies his sword, "This is the way to the next floor. Got to get the others here." The monster jumps at Flint, he takes a step back dodging. The monster lands and throws itself at Flint. Flint points at the ground. "RUNE MASTERY > EARTH WALL."
A wall appears before him stopping the monster, "ENERGY MANIPULATION. DRAGON KIN > DRAGON CLAW STRIKE!" He swings his sword as 3 claw marks are made and uses energy to push the 3 claw marks through the wall. The wall crumbles to reveal the monster sliced in 3 parts, it disintegrates leaving an energy orb. Flint stretches his hand as the orb flies into his hand.
He looks ahead of him to see 4 more monsters approaching, he gets into a fighting stance. "I'm not fast enough to deal with them all. So, I'll get them to fight my way." He signals them to come.
The monsters rush to Flint, he charges at them then stops jumping back. The monsters stop and attack the location Flint would've been if he continued. Flint swings his sword, "ENERGY SWORD SLASH" 3 slash leaves his sword moving towards the monsters, the monsters dodge the slashes forming a straight line behind the first monster.
Flint raises his sword up above his head, "ENERGY SWORD RAY. Activate weapon's skill" His sword vibrates as energy bursts from his sword and he swings down. *WHOOM BOOOOM* 4 energy orbs remain before him.
Flint feels a tingling sensation on his left and right sides, he looks to his right and swings his sword. "SWORD TECHNIQUES. ENERGY MANIPULATION > ENERGY SHOCKWAVE." He makes a vertical wave towards his right, a monster jumps out as it's hit by the attack. Flint turns around swinging his sword low, "SONIC BOOM." He sword touches the ground as wave blasts of towards his left hitting a monster running low towards him.
The 2 monsters are blown away, Aku appears behind the first one and slashes at it turning it to ash. The second monster suddenly stops, it looks down to see its neck being held. The monster is slammed into the ground as it caves in, Chuck lifts the monster holding it by its neck. Chuck throws the monster towards Flint then Flint slices it into 2 absorbing the energy orb. A screen appears before Flint.

Aella looks around on her guard, "Isn't there suppose to be a boss monster?"
Chuck walks ahead of them into the path, "It appears there's no boss on this floor. That's good go us."
Aku runs past Chuck and waves her hands, "Come on guys, let's go already!" she runs into the path with the trio following her.
