Outside the arena, the Dragon Race members' expressions turned less relaxed.
"That eye technique's a real problem."
"Virgil's attacks aren't landing properly."
"She's not just dodging. She's nullifying the power before impact."
Anna smiled faintly at that. "That's Revona's strength. As long as she can clearly see an attack, most techniques lose their edge before they reach her."
Damian nodded. "Her Void Origin Eyes are hard to deal with."
Max's eyes stayed fixed on the projection. He could tell Revona's ability had grown even more powerful than before.
Virgil seemed to sense it too. His roar deepened, and his attacks turned even more savage. He slammed both claws into the ground.
"Dragon Earth Splitter!"
A wave of dark green dragon energy surged through the arena floor and erupted beneath Revona's feet in the shape of jagged spikes. At the same time, Virgil leapt into the air and dropped toward her with both claws crossed, trying to hit her from above and below at once.
