Max didn't waste time. "It's about my Tier 4 Primordial Bloodline."
Sarvion's eyes moved slightly, but he stayed silent.
Max continued, "I know it's supposed to be the highest level of Primordial Bloodline. I can feel it bringing me closer to the laws, strengthening my elemental control, boosting the power of my Pseudo Cosmic Paths, and letting me use the ability I awakened through it. But somehow it still feels weaker than I expected."
He frowned slightly.
"I don't mean it's weak. It's not. But given how powerful the Primordial Race is supposed to be, and given that Tier 4 is the highest bloodline level, I feel like I'm only touching the surface. Other geniuses with lower-tier bloodlines seem to have awakened their abilities more fully, while mine still feels incomplete."
Sarvion listened quietly. Then he smiled faintly.
"That's because it is incomplete."
Max's eyes sharpened. "What do you mean?"
