I continued to shiver from having died, but the others were quick to make a move. Eiko and Seinaru came rushing, and I watched Sei grab hold of me to keep me stable, while Eiko boiled water using her Flame-Craft.
That sight very much intrigued me, but something else took my attention.
Circling her head were three orb-looking objects of vibrant orange radiance. They seemed alive and excited as Eiko continued to utilize her Craft.
'Uh?'
Needless to say, I couldn't believe my eyes, and blinked in surprise, and interestingly enough… they were gone.
Ignoring the worried chatter around me, I watched Eiko try to feed me that warm water.
Rather than coughing it all out, I actually drank.
The sensation of its warmth spreading through my chest sent waves of calm throughout my body, so I demanded more, and she gave me.
Everyone watched as I downed warm water until my body shook only minimally. It wasn't about the cold now, but the whole experience.
