Cass wasn't about to clear it up when blood was something that he could consume. Hell, especially if the blood alone was affecting Edgar, Cass could only imagine how other body fluids hurt him.

Cass blinked, turning his attention to Edgar.
"Did it hurt when you kissed him?" Cass asked bluntly and watched Edgar's face flush, Gideon turned pink and Edgar began to flounder. He was speechless for a long time before he finally coughed.
"I don't…remember." He mumbled and Cass blinked slowly. So, he'd kissed the man to his heart's content and then when he tried to drink his blood that was when things got messy? Yeah, from Cass' memory, the man did move fast when the other party was inexperienced.
Cass glared at the vampire playboy and Edgar at least looked apologetic. Now it was up to fucking Cass to figure out what the truth was and he was annoyed by it.
