Once he stepped out of his hotel room, Sam met up with the three girls, and together they set out to enjoy their day.
Nothing major happened, just a relaxing series of stops. A casual restaurant. Some light shopping. A few hours spent walking around and chatting about nothing important.
Simple things. Human things.

It lingered, heavy and immovable, no matter what distraction tried to take its place.
'Am I developing PTSD over this guy or something?' Sam sighed inwardly. 'No... it's not that. I just REALLY want to kill him.'
