Wooheon snapped, clearly annoyed.
“Fine. I’ll go get the ointment. You can put it on yourself.”
Wooheon stormed out, mumbling under his breath.
Part pride, part embarrassment.
Yueul’s lips parted, shaking mildly.

Everything was too much.
But shutting him down felt too cruel.
If he wanted to fix Wooheon’s personality—especially for the sake of his debt—he had to do it right.
But at this rate, he’d be the one walking away first.
While he hesitated, Wooheon returned, slightly out of breath.
Despite what he’d said, he must’ve felt bad—he’d taken the stairs two at a time.
“Your skin’s way too weak, you know that?”
He grumbled as he dropped the ointment on the bed.
Yueul slowly sat up and murmured.
“You’re supposed to say sorry right now... because you hurt someone.”

That’s what Wooheon thought inside his mind.
Still, he followed Yueul’s ‘advice’ and said,
“Sorry.”
No complaints, no justifications.
