{Overview: The Justice Academy Network}
A new era of metahuman training, containment, and rehabilitation is on the horizon. The Justice Academy Network is a series of highly advanced facilities designed to control, rehabilitate, and train metahumans while ensuring global security. These academies will be established in strategically chosen, abandoned cities worldwide, each chosen for their isolation and potential to be transformed into fortified hubs for metahuman management.
The central Justice Academy will be established in Raventon, a city long abandoned after the Metahuman Conflict. Additional academies will be established in other devastated cities around the globe, forming a network of self-sustaining and interconnected metahuman control centers.
Each academy will be built using advanced nanotechnology and elemental control systems facilitated by ELEMENTIA, the AI body of Anna Marie, which can manipulate elemental forces and assist in the rapid construction of these facilities.

Notes
Due to severe resource shortages for new Justice Academy construction and the inability to accommodate the millions of metahumans who don't meet the capacity standards of the 12 existing academies, the Justice League has launched Project MINER. This high-priority, militarized initiative employs advanced spacecraft, mining fleets, and autonomous drones to extract critical materials from asteroids, lunar regolith, and space debris, ensuring the continued expansion and sustainability of the Justice Academy Network.
