The energy blast when Thor smashed the Sceptre had effected Silk the most, since she was the one holding it. Then Thor and Loki. The SHIELD Agents who got exposed to it all died.
And while Thor and Loki were fine after some minutes, Silk was unconscious for whole 5 and half days.
And then, Real Cap and Iron-Man had arrived on the scene while Loki disappeared.
Thor had noticed that he has grown a bit more powerful. He could now control his hammer as he wished, as if control it with his mind, instead of just throwing it and it returning back to him.
But even then, fighting against the giant green monster was proving to be difficult.
"RAAAAAAWWWWHHHHH!"
Despite his size, he is surprisingly fast and can jump very high.
Thor threw his hammer, and Hulk dodged it to punch Thor.
But Thor's hammer changed course and hit Hulk in the head.
Hulk flew away, very far away.
"RAAAAAAWWWWHHHHH!"
But he was even more angry now. His size grew again.
He landed on a building, got down, and threw the whole building on Thor.
But in front of Thor's mighty hammer, a mere building was nothing. And thankfully, the area was already evacuated.
Thor easily destroyed the building coming his way, but when his hammer wasn't close to him, in a large leap, Hulk came crashing down on him.
"RAAAAAAWWWWHHHHH!"
With Thor embedded into the ground, Hulk started smashing him. Plummeting him into the ground.
And when the hammer returned, Hulk jumped out of the way into the air, and clapped his hands together.
The shockwaves embedded Thor further into the ground.
Thor was bleeding from the mouth.
Hulk's several teeth had been broken due to Thor's hammer and regrown back.
Thor has never faced an enemy so strong.
"He is nearly equal to me."
Thor controlled lightning from the clouds and rained it down on Hulk.
Hulk screeched and looked at Thor in more rage as he was coming out of the crater.
Hulk has regenerated whatever damage lightning did to him. And he was now almost twice his size since he first transformed.
But before their fight could further continue, they both looked up.
A portal has opened.
And an alien army was coming.
"Hey Green guy, how about we compete the Asgardian way? Let's see who can take out the most enemies."
Hulk glanced at Thor, who had already flown away with his hammer and taken out an alien.
"I won."
Hulk hmph'ed and reverted back to Bruce Banner. And a leviathan was heading his way.
"Hulk... please come out?"

.
The Leviathan swallowed Banner.
And then, Hulk came out by tearing apart its stomach.
"RAAAAAAWWWWHHHHH!"
Hulk then swung the dead leviathan, and threw it upwards to fly. Just like Thor uses his hammer to fly.
The Leviathan 'hammer' tore through the alien army until another Leviathan came.
On the other hand, Thor got an earpiece, and Silk's voice came through.
"I have freed Spider-Man. Muscle-head, do you see a mother-ship through the portal on the other side of space?"
Thor squinted his eye.
"Yeah. What of it?"
"It's basic! Take out the big bad first!"
"Loki is in my sight. I am going—"
"Take out the mother-ship first! We are heading to your location and will take out Loki! We can't exactly breathe in space! You are the only one who can do it!"
"...Fine!"
Thor spun his hammer and threw it towards the portal, flying with it.
Loki was riding a Chitauri, shouting to the world.
"Midgard, your ruler is here—!"
Hulk threw two Leviathans at Loki.
Loki barely dodged the two, and smirked as Hulk was coming his way.
His strongest soldier, on par with his brother, was now going to come under his control.
An arrow came his way, which he easily caught. And then smirked at Clint Barton who gave away his location.
The arrow exploded on his face.
And then Hulk dropkicked him, which led to Loki going 30 meters underground.
"How dare you, you mere mortal stand before a God!"
Just as Loki tried to get out, Hulk clapped and pushed him 10 meters further underground.
Hulk quickly lost interest as another Leviathan came from the portal.
"Puny god."
On the other hand, as Thor went through the portal, into the space, he threw his hammer and blew up the mother-ship.
Suddenly, everything in the alien army died.
And since the portal was still open, the entire dead Chitauri army started falling towards Earth.
On the other hand, Loki, after seeing that the army he brought turned out to be useless, he came out of the crater and was about to escape.
He was quickly webbed up, especially his hands.
He can brainwash people with his hands, since Spider-Man experienced it first-hand while beating up a disguised Loki who he thought was a thug, who might have information on the thug that killed Uncle Ben.
Spider-Man appeared before him.
"You were stronger than I expected, Spider-Man. How about you join my side?"
As Loki said that, Spider-Man punched air on his right, and the real Loki flew away some feets.
And Silk used her golden Mind-Stone powered webs to web him up completely.
They weren't 'Wake-up!' webs, but 'Sleep' webs.
Hulk in a distance muttered as Thor took out all aliens in one go by attacking the mother-ship.
"Thor unfair advantage. I won."
Hmph'ing, Hulk reverted back into Banner again.
And the mother-ship and surrounding dead aliens and their ships started falling through the portal.
Bruce muttered, "Umm, big guy?"
