Bai Wei let out another "Hmm," and then fell silent, as if he had gone back to sleep.
At this point, Lair finally breathed a heavy sigh of relief, and only then did he realize that at some point his clothes were entirely soaked with sweat.
Lair was somewhat puzzled too; tonight's conversation with Lord Visas had put an unprecedented pressure on him, even more so than when he first heard Lord Visas's voice.
