The Cerulean Kingdom is the coalition of various Witch groups,covens and clans.The Witches were formally scattered and disorganised until the emergence of Albus Cerulès the powerful sorcerer who united the various covens and gatherings and formed the Cerulean Kingdom
Though not all the witch gatherings are under the Cerulean Kingdom,some maintain relationship with the Kingdom while keeping their sovereignty but some gatherings had utterly refused to be under the Cerulean Kingdom
Currently the Kingdom is welcoming its guests as they all troop in for the installation of the Grand Enchantor
Various leaders were present to witness the installation of the Grand Enchanter of the Cerulean Kingdom.Ruel Teslan can be seen dressed elaborately since he is the father of the Person to be installed
"Ladies and gentlemen,we welcome you to the Installation Ceremony of the new Grand Enchanter of the Cerulean Kingdom",the host announced as the crowd applause
"Before we start the festivities allow me to welcome the leader of the kingdom,the Supreme Sorcerer,Ron Voldemort",the host said and the Supreme Sorcerer emerged as the crowd shouted and applauded
"And now to announce the candidate to be installed as the Grand Enchanter.He is from a Noble House and also the youngest Grand Enchanter in the history of the kingdom please help me welcome Lex Teslan the new Grand Enchanter of the Cerulean Kingdom",the host announced and claps erupted from every corner of the gathering as the were all happy with the new Grand Enchanter.
"Well we all knew what happened the last time the kingdom appointed a Grand Enchanter but I am here to assure that it won't happen again",Lex Teslan said as he was invited to give his first speech.
"The new Grand Enchanter is kind of young for his position and even has a human name", Chief Endric said and Chief Seth smiled
"Well I heard that he is a prodigy and his mother was a lover of human company,it was even said that she spent most of her life in the human realm",Chief Seth said and Chief Endric scoffed as he watched the the ceremony continue.
Faye and Isabelle Teslan,Lex younger sisters were also present at the ceremony.Lady Monique was also present since she was the niece of the Supreme Sorcerer and the heir of the Cerulean Kingdom

Megga Roth and his Council can be seen as they look as if they were about to pronounce judgement on someone
The metal door opened and two cloaked individuals dragging in a man who was covered in bruises,his face was covered with a cloth bag
"So this is the spy?",Elder Roman asked and the individuals nodded and Elder Roman excused them
"My Lord what are you going to do about this man?",Elder Roman asked
"I never thought that Rio would send a human to spy on me.Well since he sent this human to me I will do the honour of killing him",Megga Roth said and stepped down from his throne and moved towards the kneeling man as he opened the cloth covering the man's face which is revealed to be James
"You piece of shit,Rio is going to bring you down", James sneered spitting on Megga Roth's face.Megga Roth cleaned his face and slapped James sending him crashing
"You know if Rio wanted to take me down he wouldn't have sent a human to get my location but he sent you since he knew that you were insigficant and your death would mean nothing",Megga Roth said and James was fuming as he listened to Megga Roth's words
Unknown to Megga Roth,James had already sent out the location of Megga Roth's lair by crushing the crystal he held behind him
"Let's see how fast your friend is",Elder Xerox said as 2 guards dragged James out.Megga Roth smirked as he awaited Rio's arrival

"The spy has sent us a response.Quick report to Lord Rio",a old fairy said and a young wizard transformed into a bat and flew out
In front of the Administrative Building a bat transformed into the young wizard as he moved Rio's office but was interrupted by 2 men as they questioned him
"Let him in", Rio's voice rang out from the office.The guards immediately granted the wizard entrance into the office
Immediately the wizard entered he bowed and relayed the message
"Since the Megga Roth location have been determined let's inform the Fairy Queen so that the Clan Chiefs can take action",a old fairy said and they all agreed except from the Admirals
"I don't think it will be advisable to do that",Admiral Nerrec said and the Fairy scoffed
"And what do you have to do with the Fairies business",another Fairy said "what do you think about this Rio?"
"I agree with Nerrec don't inform the Chiefs yet",Rio said and the Fairy gnashed his teeth,fuming
As the meeting was concluded and the Admirals and Fairies had left Rio began a personal thinking as he felt that something was off
"I don't seem to feel James presence anymore.Or is he dead",Rio thought but quickly shoved it aside
