The sun revealed itself and the moon was no more in the sky, this was a signal that the night had passed it sun rays were shining on top of Athena which made her feel uncomfortable leading to her opening her eyes looking around confusingly but then she remember that now she was in the mountain, she stood up dusting herself off the dirt in her body she continued with her way toward getting out of the mountain. Her stomach grumbled she was hungry she hasn't eaten anything since she woke up in the clinic it was really a wonder that she still have strength to walk, the mountain was empty no even a sign of a rabbit this made it harder for Athena to satisfy her hunger there was no prey so she could only eat the fruits she sees from time to time while continuing with her journey at the end she still decided to go back to her own pack her friend was still there and she was sure that granny Zandela was worried about her whereabouts, she will wait for full moon to reject her mate moon goddess made a joke out of her this time and gave her an unfaithful mate she could not stomach such grievance rejection was the only way there was no way she could stay with someone who cannot close his zip and think with his head.
She shook her head focusing on finding her way back, going through the Lighting pack this time was not possible and she cannot risk herself like that, she once heard from granny Zandela that her mate died in the hands of the Lighting pack and that they are cruel and once you enter their pack you can only leave your life behind and she was rare case escaping uninjured and unharmed but there is no guarantee that it would happen again or that she will be that lucky again. She sighs and stopped her tracks looking around she heard voices and there were getting closer to her seeing the tree besides her, she did not think but reflectivity climbed it like a monkey going upwards she stood at the tallest branch looking at ground she felt fear how did she climb this tree how come I know how to climb trees now but her thoughts were interrupted by the voices that were getting closer.

'Are they looking for me??' Athena thought worriengly what did they want from her.
"She's been here before I smell her scent" a voice said it was powerful and resonant Athena like that voice even without seeing the owner of it she knew he was handsome that voice gave it all.
"We must find her lord she has killed one of ours we must get revenge that bloody vampire" the man said but immediately regretted it "lord I did not mean it like that"

"Come down" the powerful voice said which scared wits of Athena 'did he mean me?' She looked down the man who said that he was looking forward Athena did not see him clearly.
"Who!!" The two man looked around confused at what their lord was talking about there was no one here.
"I don't like repeating myself" His voice was rough and dominant Athena found her self wanting this man to speak more and she wanted to see him, it looks like he had discovered her but there was no way she will come down looking at rows of tree ahead of her that impulse that made her climb the tree kicked off again and she did think further before she acted jumped from one tree to another , 'must not let that man catch me'.
Seeing the movement the man followed and he was fast soon he jumped from the ground to the tree which Athena had just passed in one flash and from there it like he teleported and he arrived infront of Athena who was about to jump to the next tree but boom!! Straight to the man's chest she lost balance and fell.
"Aaaahhhh!!" Athena screamed in fear seeing herself falling and about to hit the ground she closed her eyes in despair but the expected pain did not come but she felt hands on her waist holding her tight her heart started beating fast she felt nervous and happy soon a golden string light up from her right hand.
"Mate!! Mate!! Mate!!" Aze screamed inside Athena's head Athena's heart fell a mate but I already have a mate ,another mate.
"Are you ok??" The man asked her gentle making her stand up straight and he removed his hands and moved away a little revealing his face to Athena.
"Aaahhh mate is so gentle, mate is so handsome mate mate!!" Aze screamed in happiness and Athena also knew this man face was handsome he had chiseled features, strong jawline, blue eyes that seem to see right through you his hair was dark perfectly messy,and he is tall, athletic build, with broad shoulders and a confident stride his whole body had a commanding presence only word deserved him PERFECT.
"Are you alright" the man smiled a little asking again but she saw that the girl is alright and she was not harm which brought peace to him, this little girl was his mate interesting he was very satisfied with this mate of his very beautiful and cute he actually wanted to poke her face.
"I'm fine thanks" Athena said awkwardly she did not know how to face this mate of hers she already had a mate but he's not loyal and now another mate moon goddess seems to be really playing with her.
