The previous president Bush Jr. might have been foolish, but he did contribute to American education. His NCLB (No Child Left Behind) law greatly improved the quality of public education, narrowing the academic gap between white and black children.
But during Obama's term, he colluded with the teachers' union, overturned Bush's education law, and implemented happy education, fully abolishing the evaluation scores for schools and teachers.
Teachers were happy to idle away, and students were happy to play all day without studying, leading to a catastrophic collapse of public education.
