"Description": Morton Za Kanayas was originally a prisoner held in the second level of the dungeon. He possessed unique pseudo-god abilities, and anyone he gazed upon could be subjected to "Eye Occupation" and "Body Transfer."
The cell confining him needs to be made of black walls*, without any window-like structures, and it must remain completely sealed at all times.
Moreover, when Morton entered the prison, he was forcibly equipped with an eye restrictor, which needs to be checked and maintained at least twice every year.
A prison guard naturally devoid of visual ability must be arranged to handle this task, followed by a photosensitivity check.
