The first dish served was "Sweet and Sour Pork", on a plate as big as a washbasin, piled up like a small mountain. Extremely crispy, perfectly sweet and sour.
The second dish, freshly fried "Stuffed Eggplant," filled with meat and fresh eggplant, drenched in oily juice that seeped into the filling, each bite immensely satisfying.
