The key point is, this radar is the closest to the Empire's homeland and major overseas military bases, making it the most likely to detect the Empire Air Force's stealth attack aircraft.
In other words, if the Newland Air Force wants to obtain firsthand performance data on the "Attack-11A," they must fully utilize the long-range warning radar deployed in Trivan. Otherwise, there is no reason for the Newland Air Force to pay out of their own pocket to upgrade the not-so-obsolete radar for the Fanluo Air Force.
Additionally, the radar has always been maintained by the Newland Air Force.
Importantly, Trivan has three military bases controlled by the Newland Army or shared with the Fanluo Army, which are potentially equipped with field air defense systems.
For this reason, stealth attack aircraft were not dispatched in the first round of offensive operations by the Empire Air Force.
Deploying strategic bombers in the vanguard at least ensures the safety of the combat platform.
