The next morning, Su Yumo got out of bed and found that Ye Xuan was no longer in the living room, seemingly having left early.
She felt a bit disappointed, her spirits had been high upon waking, but now she was a bit absent-minded as she brushed her teeth, thinking to herself, "Is it just because I wouldn't let you into my room? Such a big man, yet so petty, running off at the crack of dawn, utterly inhumane."
After washing up, Su Yumo changed clothes and went into the kitchen to see if there was anything to eat.
However, as she entered the kitchen, she discovered a figure busily at work!
"What are you doing here?" Su Yumo exclaimed.
The figure was none other than Ye Xuan!
Seeing Ye Xuan, Su Yumo felt a secret surge of happiness. So it turned out this guy hadn't left; he wasn't that petty after all.
"Can't I be here?"
