"Ugh...!"
Confronted with Ji Yuchen's "I miss you," Qin Fan froze.
At the same time, Jiang Yino, who was lying on Qin Fan's chest, opened her eyes. "My dear, who are you calling so early?" she asked in a groggy voice.
Her voice carried clearly through the phone's microphone.
On the other end of the line, Ji Yuchen felt as if she'd been struck by lightning, frozen in place.
A woman was with Qin Fan this early in the morning... even if Ji Yuchen were a complete fool, she knew what that implied.
"It's nothing, just a classmate," Qin Fan replied with a light, honest laugh, showing no hesitation. "She called me late last night, but my phone was on silent, so I didn't hear it. I'm just calling her back. What's wrong, Yino? Did you get enough sleep?"
Yino? Jiang Yino? He brought her home?
Hearing the voices from the phone, Ji Yuchen's tears instantly started to fall. She bit her lip and desperately covered her mouth, terrified her sobs would be heard.
