"Qin Fan? The discarded Qin Fan?"
After Qin Shuai uttered that name, the entire hospital room once again fell into a dead silence. Old Master Qin's wrinkled hands trembled slightly. Qin Moran stared with her mouth agape, her face a mask of utter disbelief. The rest of the Qin family members were frozen in stunned silence, as if they had just heard some impossible, earth-shattering tale.
"It's Qin Fan? He's behind all this? How is this possible!" It was the Qin family's third sister-in-law who finally broke the suffocatingly eerie silence.
Ignoring her, Qin Shuai continued to gaze distractedly at the ceiling. For someone who had been pampered his entire life, having a leg crippled meant his whole world had collapsed.
"Qin Jun, was all this Qin Fan's doing?" Old Master Qin asked, his lips trembling violently as he looked at Qin Jun.
Qin Jun exhaled a ragged breath, his face twitching ferociously. "Yes!"
