"This is the price, but killing you makes it worth it!" he taunted Ye Fan.
"Is that so?" Ye Fan retorted coldly. "Then let me test you!"
He moved quickly, rushing toward the massive monster and throwing a punch. The creature, however, remained completely still. Instead, it was Ye Fan who was sent flying by the monster's return punch, smashing viciously against the wall. This was the first time he had suffered such a setback since returning to the Divine Land.
Ye Fan shook his dizzy head, then stood and put his guard up against the monster.
"It can't last long—five minutes at most!" one of the scientists called out to Ye Fan.
He nodded. Although his strength was no match for the monster, he could still hold out for five minutes.
He re-engaged the monster, displaying the full might of the King of Heaven. He lashed out with a kick, sending the creature flying into a glass wall. The glass instantly shattered, and the monster crashed heavily onto the floor outside.
