Remondin's army was still stuck in the forest near the creek outside of Midgard. The warriors were on edge, afraid that they would be the next target of the assassin.
A few hours had passed since the last victims were killed, but they still hadn't found the culprit.
Remondin had already razed the surrounding trees and landscapes to the ground, but he couldn't even find the assassin's shadow.
Dammit! Where did he go?!
He finally realized that he had been fooled. It was only a deliberate act to make them waste time and delay their march.
Thinking about this, he shouted to his troops. "We must delay no further! We are heading straight to Midgard to destroy the enemies!"
"Destroy the enemies! Kill them all!" The warriors echoed his words.
Remondin led his troops to march towards Midgard.
Due to the size of their army, it took them several hours before they arrived outside the city.
