Yet his expression wasn't one of frustration; instead, he smiled and sighed in relief.
The bizarre difference between spell detection and the real world was already dangerous enough. The current situation, however, was providing him with a traceable clue that might help him break through.

With light steps, Ronald returned to the entrance of Saint Alan Cathedral.

This time, however, Ronald was prepared with such formidable power beyond common sense that it was natural he wouldn't be easily repelled as before. He even went a step further, reaching to pull open the massive doors of the cathedral.
