Logan shook his head, dismissing the demon's words.
Who was actually right or wrong would always be up for debate. All he had to do now was overpower the enemy—they were the ones attacking his kingdom.
"Well then, Voltar… let's do this. I wonder how morphing with an insect will look."
Logan suddenly activated his skill, Soul Morph, and began absorbing Voltar into his mark.
Soon his body began to change—armor and all.
He looked down at his hands, watching as arcs of electricity danced along his limbs. His armor began to melt into his skin, becoming something more—a hardened exoskeleton, fusing with a new layer of chitin.
Unlike his previous morph with Scorch, this time the armor retained its color. It gleamed like obsidian. Just to make sure, he flicked his finger—and heard the metallic ring. Yet he could feel the vibrations more clearly than if he were inside conventional armor.
"Strange…"
