Lance shook his head, "We don't provide them with a whole bottle at once; we can provide two ounces every three days."
"Two ounces, gentlemen, it won't affect the soldiers' combat capability, nor will it get them too drunk to get up."
"But even just two ounces can effectively alleviate the soldiers' poor mental state."
Lance looked at the guy who opened the window earlier, "Sir, could you pour me a two-ounce glass of whiskey?"
"No ice, thank you!"
One of the senators nodded slightly, and soon that person poured a two-ounce glass of whiskey into a square glass in front of everyone.
Seeing such a shallow layer of whiskey, the senators' faces relaxed into smiles.
One person even laughed and said, "I could drink ten glasses of that!"
