If the police force were still in their hands, they could easily take care of Lance, whether by investigating his criminal business or directly causing him trouble, they could make Lance quickly disappear within Golden Port City.
Or if the Five Great Families hadn't encountered any problems, then no matter which family it was, they could easily deal with Lance.
These people are really fucking useless!
But neither Mr. Hoff nor Mr. Charles have realized one problem.
The internal "stability" of Golden Port City has lasted for so many years, why has it suddenly collapsed in recent years?
