They would often compromise for the sake of benefits!
Today's proposal by Wei Xu, the Galaxy Grand Marshal of the Galaxy Battlefield, if it had simply been discussed behind closed doors with a few power magnates, could indeed be considered a proposal.
But calling over so many Domain Masters, including heavyweight Sixth Tier Domain Masters and the sole Seventh Tier Domain Master.
If that didn't indicate a coup, nobody would believe it.
But one must admit, these Domain Masters wield considerable influence.
None of today's power magnates wish to offend these Domain Masters.
