After a whole day of turmoil, Ye Shushu was genuinely tired.
Walking along behind the person in front, she had no idea how many times she yawned.
Thankfully, there was a bit of a distance between the two of them; Senior Mo probably couldn't hear.
At the edge of the small path, Gu Feimo stopped in his tracks.
But Ye Shushu didn't notice and continued forward.
Suddenly feeling a chill in the air ahead, she abruptly stopped.
Lifting her gaze to the figure less than a meter away, Ye Shushu blinked, took two steps forward, and reached Gu Feimo's side.
"Senior Mo, what are you... doing?"
"Gu Feimo, I've finally caught you alone." Suddenly, a low and unpleasant voice came from ahead.
It was only then that Ye Shushu realized their path was blocked.
"What, out on a date?" the man continued.
Seeing the dozen men in front of her wielding weapons, Ye Shushu's sleepiness vanished in an instant.
