The Warring Era.
It was a part of the introduction of the game, where humanity stood against the forces of evil in the lands.
It is when the lands flourish, humanity started to grow in population, and pushed back the forces of evil.
They were weak at first, but they started to gain strength as they understand the inner workings of the world.
This, created the so called Heroes of the first generation. Those heroes were characterized by their skill, weapon, or even an achievement they created, and gained fame, or glory.
One of the examples of the heroes is Zeus, the Lightning Bearer of Olympus.
He has the weapon Thunderbolt, in which he uses to strike down enemies and kill them.
And controlling such power can bring the fame up to the peak, where people consider him as a god, that they started to worship him.
But, there are people who are also smart and, wise in using everything they have in their arsenal.
"Haste Scroll!" Zypher said as he activated the scroll he bought from the store.
In truth, the Quick Face is needed in situations like these, but, there is also setbacks in using it.
Raijin Pace and Fujin Step raises the speed of the user plus almost 200%, but the base stat of Zypher is only 10 speed, which just equates to 30 Speed stat.
But, Haste Scroll raises up the Speed stat by 100 points.
In this point of the game, players of level 15 only has 410 points, due to the patch update, from 340 from last season. With the basic stats such as Attack Power, Speed, Intelligence, Defense, Luck, Charm, Dexterity and Energy, they have almost fifty points on each, but leaving the Luck and Charm out, they have almost 70 points each.
But, for him, who also has the Fujin Step and Raijin Pace, his Speed stat raises him up to 300.
This scroll is almost a steal, but players who uses these are just for trying to escape or hide away from pursuers. These scrolls are so cheap, that Zypher laughed at Magic Night for selling this like vegetables in the market.
Zypher, standing at a hill, looked at the topmost mountain.
That is his goal today, but first, he needs to clear some things before going up.
Scroll of Haste gives him 100 Speed Stats inside 10 minutes, so using it now is the best choice.
Using Fujin Step and Raijin Pace, he then walked like the wind in the whole map, trying to find the easter egg of this dungeon.
First, he has to find eight symbols in the whole map, and activate them all inside one minute. This was for a team to be done, but Zypher is alone, and he doesn't want anyone to see what he is doing.
The first symbol is a droplet but upwards, and has a deep color. The next ones are blue flames, a purple leaf, a metallic ore with a crystal, and a red knife.
As he scoured the whole map, he saw that he can't find the other three, but that's when he realized it.
Magic Night always faced three Elite Bosses, which are protecting some kind of treasure. The guild took the opportunity to clear them, but only opened the chests, and not the real treasure of the dungeon: the symbols.
They have already went in earlier, and Zypher started just one hour after they entered. So now, the Elite Bosses are dead, and they are marching towards the Final Boss.
Zypher, knowing this, just couldn't thank them enough for the free pass to the true treasure, because in his past life, this treasure was found by a member of a small guild, which then became the target of all the guilds because of how big the achievement they got, and the reward they received.
After seeing the clear coast, with two minutes remaining on his Haste Scroll, Zypher decided to activate the symbols as fast as he could.
One, two, three, four, five...
As he activated the first five, he already consumed almost half a minute, for each activation needs five seconds, and he also needs to travel in the places he has to activate it.
While running for the first Elite Boss's place, he encountered some people, but he just rsn away from them. The players also can't tell if what hit them wss wind or something else.
As he passed through, he arrived at the symbol and activated it: a color palette for painting.
He then went to the next place, where he just ran around, and activated it also: the golden brush.
And when he finished, he has almost thirty seconds more to use, but then, he found something unexpected.
The two Elite Bosses were separated by a ravine, and the guild uses magic to cross the said ravine. Falling in this can lead to death, and it is a bit further away.
While running, Zypher saw this and instantly knew that he is going to mess up, but he refused to give up and ran faster onwards.
At that moment, he rounded up, got some momentum and straight up ran towards the ravine. As he sped up, he was almost lightspeed when suddenly, an Orc Ape appeared on the other side.
Despairing while trying to reach the other side, trying your best to come up with a solution, and finding a needle inside a haystack, only to be seen by the bull guarding the farm.
But, for Zypher it was an incredible opportunity.
"Seal: Energizer!"
As he shouted, he travelled towards the Orc Ape, and activated Quick Stab, which pulled him towards the Orc Ape, killing it in one blow, and continuing to the last symbol: the hooded figure.
As he activated it, the speed buffs ended, and he saw the notification he was waiting for.
"You have unlocked the hidden area: Mountain Top."
As he sat down, the symbols flew up to the mountain top, and Zypher was elated. Now, the final step is what remains.

Orc Ape Gate, Final Boss: Orc Kong.
An orc with the body of a kong, and the intelligence of a human.
This final boss makes it a hell, but now, this makes it harder. Aside from the berserk when it comes to 30% health, the boss unlocks a new state of Chaotic State, where the defense falls by 75 percent, and raises speed and attack by the same.
Julius, the captain of the expedition, is a bit overwhelmed, for the main guild sent him a group to oversee and supervise, but, as a person who grew up licking asses and boots, he decided to toot his horn and treat them as his ticket to glory.
But, now, this is a different story.
"Hey, do you think we could get in the fight now?" One of the people in the main group said, as they were basically itching to beat the crap out of Julius, and the Orc Kong.
"No, it is in control." Julius said as he tried his best to bark orders and create a few advantages to their group, only to find out that he is met with something stronger than it looks.
He then proceeded with the counterattack method, where he sacrifices the defensive players to attack Orc Kong with higher power.
Due to the high defense of the defensive players, their speed is lower, which makes them like lambs to be slaughtered by a starving wolf, stuck in a corner.
But, the gambit is also working a bit. They managed to shave off his health down to ten percent, which is already a big contribution, yet Orc Kong is still killing the defensive unit fast, like tearing paper apart.
This happened a few more times until the defensive unit ran out of steam.
"OT! OT!"
OT - Out of Tank, which means that the group has no more tanks to soak in the damage.
This means that they are done for, and is already in the brink of defeat.
"Hey!"
"Not now, we are still--"
"You, dumbass monkey that is dumber than the boss. Can't you see? You are out of options!" One of the peole from the main guild said, grabbing him by his collar.
"We can--" Before he can finish his sentence, the captain of the group from main guild spoke up.
"Ayaka, buy me time."
"As you wish."
As Ayaka then activated her class. Losing from Zypher, they decided to give Ayaka a new class, and some additional help, to be able to also help Constantine in his movements.
Now, Ayaka, as a Priest Mage Class, unlocked a hidden trait of the Mage Class, the Dark Mage, which is a direct opposite of the Priest Class.
But because Ayaka is a talented player, this created her current class: Soul Queen Apostle.
This made her become a lich queen, where she can control the dead players' souls and monsters' soul to fight for them.
The players will be revived, but on a decaying timer, while the monsters do not have the timer. This will raise the death penalty by 1.5 times, which can be a good thing for Ayaka.
The players will have an unwavering will to what Ayaka will say, but the moment they go against her, they will suffer three times the death penalty, and the decaying timer will be gone the instant they disobey.
The players were confused at first, but when they see that he first ones exploded to dust, they decided to follow the command given to them, fight the Orc Kong.
Inside a few seconds, the Orc Kong's health dropped to five percent, which triggered it's last phase: Raise every stat by 100 and gain the Bloodthirsty Buff, which crazes the user, and fight without care but has 200% the Lifesteal.
This last phase is all powerful, yes, but facing Ayaka is it's worse nightmare, for her summons are all soul forms, meaning, the Orc Kong can't get anything from them, but damage and annoyance.
"Open your eyes, monkey." Constantine said as he pulled the sword on his waist.
Black Energy tendrils rose up, as well as some red energy tendrils: Black Magic and Blood Magic, the siganture moves of Dark Knights and Berserkers respectively.
"Death Drake!" Ayaka summoned a Drake before Constantine, and as he rid it, an ability was triggered.
"Drake Rider Lv. 1."
It made him ride any drake, and tame them to be his ride, yet it fails 9 times out of 10. It is just that Ayaka already summoned the drake, so he can use it too.
Although superb, it only boosts his attack power and speed, but the Class, Knight of Death, is a class that excels in both.
"Reaper Slash."
Suddenly, a massive line appeared, and like a hot knife through a stick of butter, the sword slash went on.
As he sheathed his blade again, blood continued to rain down, and the head of Orc Kong rolled down the slope.
As the rewards were given, only a few were sent to his team, and all of the rewarss were sent to the ones that Ayaka made undead.
This then made them not lose, but gain more, even if their death penalties were increased.
Seeing this, people then began looking at Constantine like some kind of hero, and Julius? He was left alone, in the hands of the main guild's group, resdy to be thrown anytime.
As they were celebrating, a sudden burst of energy rippled from the body of the Orc Kong. This time, a symbol suddenly appeared on its dead body.
The symbol is eight crescents formed like a vortex, and is black in color. This time, the symbol glowed as it looked like it was taking it's time, eating what was left with the Orc Kong.
"Stay back!" Ayaka shouted, but Constantine viewed the symbol as a threat.
With his arrogance, he lunged himself, only to be eaten by the vortex, and sent away for a magical journey he didn't expect.
