The following day with Kael's help, I found myself standing once again in the endless expanse of the white void. I felt anxious and the overwhelming emptiness pressed down on me yet forcing myself to stand firm.
Suddenly the swirling white smoke began to coalesce in front of me.

"I am eligible." I quickly countered, trying to withstand its energy that pressed me.

The smoke lashed out and tendrils reaching toward me like accusing fingers. I braced myself and standing as tall as I could manage. My heartbeat thundered in my ears but I refused to show fear.
"I belong here as much as anyone else," I was forcing steadiness into my voice. "If my actions disrupted the balance then I'll restore it."
The smoke paused as if considering my words. It swirling again around me.
