"How are we going to get out?" Before Frieda could answer, a slave nearby who'd been listening couldn't help but speak up.
"People from Hope Village will be waiting for us outside the territory..."
"So we just need to figure out how to leave the territory, right?"
"That's right." Finn nodded.
Because he knew, the slaves weren't just working inside the manor—sometimes, they also had to go out to dig stone, gather wood, and collect resources.
This was their chance.
But a new problem quickly came up.
The first group to escape would definitely succeed, but after the first escape, the second batch wouldn't have it so easy.
Someone immediately brought this up.
Finn looked around and said directly, "Do you trust me? If you do, listen to my command. I'll do my best to get all of you out. I'll leave together with the last batch among you."
