Day 57 of the apocalypse, Hope Village.
The selection exam came to a grand conclusion yesterday, and early this morning, quite a few people gathered outside the Lord Mansion, waiting for the official announcement of the list.
"Aaah, the results are coming out today, I'm so nervous!"
"During the exam yesterday my poor heart was pounding nonstop, and now it's back again. I swear I can hear my own heartbeat."
"Same here, all these days of effort, just for today."
"I hope I get in!"
"Hey, which department are you aiming for? What kind of exam did you take?"
"I want to get into the Finance Management Office. I used to be an accountant, and all the questions were calculation-based."
"My questions were all theory analysis stuff."
"We've never learned any of that, not really sure about it. Compared to you, don't we have way less of a chance?"
