Exhausting? Aquill thought back to his days in Hope Village, then shook his head decisively. "Our working hours are pretty fixed, and after work we're free. Usually, we go out together to enjoy all kinds of food—something different every day—to reward ourselves. As for the extra Training Camp hours, that's because we don't want to fall behind. Our soldier team isn't just beastmen; there are loads of undead and humans, too. Those undead have higher levels than us and they work just as hard. As for the humans, they're weaker than us, but man, they're intense. If we stay put and don't know how to improve ourselves, they'll catch up to us fast—and we can't have that! What if we get sent back because we're not helping the territory? That'd suck!"
He's already gotten used to life in Hope Village—no way he's leaving, not even if he dies. Working a bit harder doesn't mean anything.
