After seeing that it was still early, Zhou Bai didn't return to the territory, but instead started clearing out demon beasts and collecting heat-resistant materials within her territory.
Although she's now the Village Chief, there aren't that many affairs in the territory, so she has to seize the time when things aren't too busy to work hard on leveling up.
She hadn't forgotten that to upgrade the territory to a Third-level Village, the Lord needs to reach Level 15—she's only Level 11 now, still a long way from 15!
By then, if the territory gets upgraded but her own level doesn't keep up, wouldn't she become a drag on her territory.
This time, as she entered battle, Zhou Bai could clearly sense the difference.
With the buff from magic spells, her efficiency at killing demon beasts with magic was much higher. When she encountered low-level demon beasts, a single large-area spell could sweep away large groups at once.
