"Lord Bayer?" Ellis walked up to Lord Bayer, carefully asking.
Bayer heard the voice and looked over, seeing Ellis. For a moment, he was obviously stunned. "Ellis?"
"Yes, yes, it's me!" Ellis looked at Bayer, and hurried forward excitedly, not forgetting to salute.
Bevin Kang, standing off to the side, watched all this with a dark look on his face.
"Ellis!"
Ellis pretended not to hear, continuing to speak to Bayer: "Lord Bayer, where are you now? I'll come find you later?"
Bayer glanced at Ellis, then gave Bevin Kang behind him a meaningful look. "Hope Village, I'm at Hope Village now. If you're not doing well at your old place, you can come find me."
Although Hope Village was still weak, he believed that before long, it'd become one of the top territories.
The more mercenaries like Ellis, the better—his territory needed such talents now.
