On Saturday I was preparing all kinds of dishes in preparation for the meeting we would have with my new and old friends that I organized in the basement of my parents' house who had gone on a trip this weekend, but they gave me permission before they left to go out.
In general, the basement had a large sofa and some poufs around a coffee table where I left several dishes from different countries leaving a great variety of different flavors.
After the people we invited between Yui, Reiko and I began to arrive, they finally organized themselves as they arrived, leaving Yui, Reiko, Setsuna and Kendo on the sofa while Shihai, Bondo, Ibara, Shishida, Kinoko, Rin and I were placed on the poufs.
-Wow, this is really good - said Kendo trying the pepperoni pizza he had tried, letting the others quickly try the food.
-Always as good Shinzen - said Reiko with a smile eating sushi while Yui nodded supporting her friend's statement.
-I've been waiting to try this food for a while - said Setsuna excitedly trying some meat buns with BBQ sauce - it's very good.
-I didn't know you cooked so well - said Rin trying some rice with some Chinese roots that he ate with great enthusiasm - it tastes better than the one I usually ate in my country.
-Thanks for the comments guys, really there's no need - I said somewhat embarrassed by all the comments they made about my food - let's see what you would like to do to start today.
-How about we take a roulette with our names and take turns spinning it, letting the person who comes out to ask us a question - said Kendo as the others nodded in agreement - good since I proposed the idea I'll start.
-Shihai - said Kendo while looking at the roulette we had set up on a tablet he had around - let's see what you ask me.
-How have you liked these first days at the UA academy? – Shihai said calmly while we all looked at him strangely – it's a good way to start off calmly, and it's also a good way to get to know each other.
-Well, leaving aside the experience of meeting new people – Kendo said while remembering everything that happened the last few days – it's very exciting to finally be completing the process to fulfill my childhood dream of being a professional heroine, and I really enjoy being in an academy where I can get the best of the world's technology for my training.
-My turn – Setsuna said as she took the tablet and spun the wheel – Kinoko.
- Who is the person who has impressed you the most once you met him regarding the first impression you had of him? – Kinoko said quickly while under her hair you could see the expectation in her four-pointed star-shaped irises.
-Well that is definitely Shinzen – Setsuna said somewhat embarrassed to remember the first impression she had of me while I looked at her with my head tilted to one side curiously – at first I thought he would be someone not serious and quite childish, but in reality once I was interacting with him I realized that, although being a little childish and enthusiastic, he is someone quite sensible most of the time, except when you take away his sweets.
-Hey, that was because you wanted to take away my limited edition sweets – I say somewhat indignant at that last comment while Setsuna just smiled and laughed lightly.
-Shishida – said Reiko giving the result of the roulette she had thrown while I was indignant at Setsuna's comment.
- Of the new people you met, who did you like the most? – said Shishida while adjusting her glasses.
- Well, knowing that the obvious question to my two best friends, I would say that Kendo is the best one I've gotten along with – said Reiko without hesitating a bit – we both share the same fashion tastes and it's fun to talk to her – said Reiko while Kendo just looked at her a little embarrassed with a big smile.
-Shinzen – said Yui as she took her turn to spin the roulette.
- Who here in the room would you like to have as a partner if you faced a teacher? – I said something curious about the answer that Yui would give me.
-If it's to face a teacher, I would choose Reiko – said Yui after thinking about it for a bit – in general, she is the one who can best synergize with my quirk and she is good enough for both of us to perform without being a burden to each other.
-My turn – I said excitedly as I took the roulette wheel and spun it while eating a meat bun – Setsuna Tokage.
-Well, it's simple, what would you most like to find when you meet a new person? – said Setsuna, curious to know the answer to the question that seemed trivial.
-Well, in general, I'm not very demanding with the qualities or traits that I like to find in people, but if I had to choose a trait it would be their sense of humor, since I like people who can make me laugh at all times – I said with a tone of voice imagining the trait that I would have to take to highlight when I choose someone.
-Wow, little Shinzen is someone who likes to be made to laugh - said Setsuna in a joking tone making the others laugh while I just turned a little red in embarrassment.
-Shut up Setsuna - I say throwing a cushion at his face which he couldn't dodge due to the mysterious sand that formed behind it reducing its movement.
