The crazy old lady landlord has already made his life unbearable, and if there's another one..... Zhu Fei feels like he might as well use a rope to hang himself.
Zhu Fei asked his roommate with concern, "Have you figured out where you're planning to move?"
The roommate seemed nice, and perhaps they could keep in touch even after moving.
Whenever this topic came up, the roommate would get very excited.
He grinned widely, full of joy, "I've found a place, over in Chinatown."
Zhu Fei agreed, "Sounds indeed good. When my three-month lease is up, I plan to move there too."
Upon hearing Zhu Fei's words, his roommate became even happier, "That's fantastic! In that case, why don't we rent a place together afterward?"
"The apartment I rented has two bedrooms and one living room, just perfect for us each to have our own room."
A good roommate is hard to find; obviously, this one had the same idea as Zhu Fei.
